Activity details and how to support
奧比斯誠邀老師和家長共同守護兒童眼睛健康！今年奧比斯將於港大同學會小學進行「實體書閱讀獎勵計劃」，鼓勵同學閱讀實體書，讓眼睛鬆一鬆，並掌握護眼法則。
所有參與同學，在翻閱書香的同時，更會被要求與奧比斯小熊訂立護眼約章，許下每天三大承諾：
(一) 承諾閱讀30分鐘
(二) 承諾玩手機少於一小時
(三) 承諾睡眠八至十小時。 隨著疫情持續，孩子用電腦做功課，課餘時間又愛打機又看YouTube…….
世界衛生組織指出，長時間對著電子屏幕可引致兒童癡肥、近視、頭痛等健康問題。
My reason for supporting Orbis
同學作出愛心捐獻，均可獲得護眼閱讀獎勵包乙個（包括護眼小手冊、視力檢測表及奧比斯小熊獎章書籤），以資嘉許。
捐款港幣$80已可資助一名有需要兒童驗配眼鏡；捐款港幣$300可資助一名居於發展中國家的小童進行白內障手術！
