Activity details and how to support
For millions and millions of people around the world, they do not have the ability to see clearly like some of us do.They are losing their sight to diseases that could be prevented and treated. The problem is that there are too many patients and they're not enough resources. This means many people do not get their help in time, leading to many eye problems. That is why I created this website, to help people getting a better vision of the beautiful world. I believe that able to see is a basic human right. A simple surgery could also restore a person's sight.
When you are donating money from this website, remember that you're not only giving money, you're helping millions of people to have a better future. Keep in mind, every single donation of yours brings us one step closer to a world that no one has to suffer from preventable blindness. Thank you for your generosity.
My reason for supporting Orbis
After learning about crisis of preventable blindness, I decided to support orbis as I wanted to help, and I knew my contribution had to be as effective as possible. I think that blindness is not distributed fairly, and it affects people living in poverty. A person who cannot see often could not work and by restoring eyesight, orbis is not just healing eyes but they are also restoring the futures of millions of people. I think that this activity is very meaningful and we are committed to build a brighter future for all.
